I called because my yard man had cut what turned out to be the low voltage t-stat wire on my ac unit. Instead of just sending someone out for a 5 minute repair, the gentleman explained to me over the phone what my options were and how I could repair it myself if I wanted. He was very courteous and thorough in this explanation and between myself and my boyfriend we were able to do the repair ourselves. I am very grateful that instead of just sending someone out and charging me the hour minimum, they were willing to help me to help myself. I would definitely call them again for all of my ac needs.

We had excellent service today from B&G, and I would like to say timely service. They installed a heat pump for us. There were two technicians on the job, which made the job go faster. Everyone knows how hot it is now. They arrived at 9:15 a.m. and were finished at 1:15 p.m. The temperature never dropped below 78 degrees in the house. They never stopped, I never seen them take a break. They were very clean with their work. They were very courteous. They answered all of our questions, and made sure that everything was working properly before they left. The company gave us several quotes on different systems, so we might choose something we could afford. I was really dreading this day. Last year my next door neighbor had to replace his system. They were out there all afternoon and into the night. He should have called B&G, I did and everything went great!!

B&G Refrigeration put in a new air handler the same day I ordered it. The office gave me a quote with several different brands so I could choose something to better fit my budget. The installer was courteous and did very neat work. We also had one of their electricians out to change the breaker and he was out that same day to complete the work. It was a pleasure

B & G was awesome! They came out and did a preventative maintenance of the ac unit at my house. The guys were there on time, kept me updated on what was going on, and made sure all work was done correctly before leaving, On top of the wonderful service, I wasnt even charged for the work done. They made me aware of a rebate I could use on the preventative maintenance, as I was a new customer. I was very pleased with them all together, I would definitely use this company again and I recommend them to Everyone!

Within 2 minutes of me requesting assistance through Service Magic, this company contacted me. After a brief explanation of my situation (plugs and overhead light not functional), the said that a licensed electrician would contact me. The electrician contacted me within the hour and was at my home shortly after that. He was courteous and friendly. He troubleshot the situation and in the end replaced a light switch and a breaker switch in my panel both of this had gone bad (they were both over 20 years old) . He had all the required parts on his truck. Efficient and affordable.

I just bought a home a few months ago and had to have some Electric Work updated in this out dated home. They were excellent and I did want to say this. Anytime you call a company to do a job for you, its very robotic. You call, set a date, they come and do the job and then you pay then thanks and goodbye. LOL!
