INTRODUCTION
The
QA\QC system described in this manual is applicable to B & G Refrigeration
and can be considered a commitment to provide installation services and
activities that satisfy the customer's requirements.
ISSUE
AND ADMINISTRATION
B
& G REFRIGERATION QA\QC Assurance Manager is responsible for the issue and
administration of this manual.
DISTRIBUTION
OF THE MANUAL
Controlled
copies of the QA\QC Manual are distributed to key personnel involved in QA\QC
Management. B & G Refrigeration
controlled copyholders will receive all up-dates of the QA\QC Manual.
Uncontrolled copies are issued for reference use by external organization
such as Clients and Potential Clients. Revisions
are not automatically issued to uncontrolled copyholders. Controlled copies are
numbered and the recipient’s name and organization are registered.
It is the responsibility of all controlled copyholders to keep their copy
of the QA\QC Manual up to date.

CERTIFICATION
The
Management of B & G Refrigeration hereby undertakes and certifies that this
QA\QC Manual precisely describes the requirements for the QA\QC System to be
adopted by this organization. The
Management will ensure that all commitments made in the QA\QC system as
described herein shall be strictly adhered to and will be implemented
accordingly. This manual is designed
to meet ISO 9001 Standards.

TERMINOLOGY
All
QA\QC related terms in this Quality Manual confirm to the definitions given in
ISO 8042 Standards. Some concepts and terms are further classified as under the
following:
Refers
to all services supplied by B & G Refrigeration that covers the execution of
all installation activities.
CUSTOMER
Refers
to external party to whom B & G Refrigeration supply the installation
services.

Refers
to external supplier of equipment and or materials to B & G Refrigeration.
SERVICES
All
project management, design, engineering, and installation activities as provided
by B & G Refrigeration.
SUB-CONTRACTOR
Refers
to an external party who provides engineering and/or construction services and
/or assistance to B & G Refrigeration.
Sub-constructors may also provide equipment, material, and manpower.
